A stack-level teardown of DevTeam Korea (주식회사 뎁팀), a Korean software studio where one team handles MVP, web, app, and AI end to end. We walk the architecture, Laravel + Livewire on the backend, Flutter for one iOS/Android/Web codebase, Electron for desktop, and AWS + CDN + Redis + CI/CD with OpenAI and Claude over RAG, and show how owning every layer lets the team fuse development with web security and post-launch SEO/AEO/GEO marketing. That fusion is what took them to #1 on Google for Korean development keywords and contracts with dozens of major clients.

A tool-stack teardown of ThaiQROrder, the free, 0%-commission QR ordering system for Thai restaurants, cafes, and street-food stalls. Diners scan the table QR and order from their phone browser with no app and no account; owners run the kitchen from a dedicated iOS/Android app with loud alerts, manage menus that auto-translate into 8 languages, and read built-in daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. We evaluate it against commission-based delivery apps and traditional POS, and walk through its usage-based pricing.

Flower Delivery in Korea solves a two-geography problem: the buyer is overseas, the recipient is in Korea, and the flowers are perishable. The answer is an exact-match domain served from a Virginia (US-East) origin and fronted by a Cloudflare global CDN that caches the experience at edge locations worldwide, while orders are handed to a Korea-local florist network for fresh, in-country fulfillment. A lean architecture that keeps overseas buyers fast and recipients local.

eSIM Hub sells data eSIMs to travelers and aggregates country-by-country demand into one business. Instead of a single global storefront, it runs a network of exact-match-domain country sites, one per market, each tuned to that country's "<country> esim" search demand. A common eSIM catalog and ordering backend powers every site, while thin localized front-ends ship as cheap, fast static pages, turning one platform into many market-specific sites.

YourColors is a digital textile printing and custom-fabric business that built one central API server as its single source of truth, then launched 16 exact-match-domain satellite sites - each consuming the same API but fully localized in language, currency, and positioning. Served as static sites on Cloudflare Pages, this hub-and-satellite architecture turned one backend into many market-specific products. In about six months it reached Ahrefs DR 49, 28 organic keywords (10 in the top 3), and 117,000 search impressions across Singapore, the US, India, Sweden, and Australia.
